"Honestly, these frames are solid"
I don’t really get the complaints, because these frames feel sturdy and comfortable to me. They sit well, don’t feel flimsy, and I can wear them for a while without being annoyed. For the price, I think they’re perfectly fine.

"Not enough variety for what I was after"
I had a look on cubitts.com expecting to find a good mix of frames, but to be honest, a lot of them felt very similar to me. I’m quite particular about glasses because I wear them every day, so I don’t really want something that feels like a slight variation of the same basic shape.

If you like simple, classic styles then it might be totally fine, but I was hoping for something a bit bolder or more modern. The colour choices didn’t really stand out either, and for the price I personally expected more variety. In the end, I left the site and bought a pair somewhere else.

"Nice frames, but the lenses scratched too easily"
The frames themselves are fine and feel decent, but the lenses ended up with tiny scratches after just a few weeks. For the price, I expected them to hold up better. Maybe I’m being picky, but it feels like they should’ve lasted longer without showing wear so quickly. A bit disappointed overall.

"Return process ended up being a hassle"
I ordered these glasses because a friend had a good experience with the frames, the glasses themselves were nice. I was excited at first because I wear mine every day and really wanted them to work out.

The problem started when I tried to exchange them. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I felt like I had to keep following up just to find out what was happening. When someone finally got back to me, it didn’t really seem like anyone had a straight answer.
What should’ve been a simple return took way longer than I expected. It’s a shame because I did like the frames, but the return and exchange process was frustrating enough that I wouldn’t order online from them again.

"Glasses were okay, but the packaging was a mess"
The glasses themselves arrived fine, thankfully, but the box was completely crushed when it showed up. I reached out to support just to flag it, and somehow ended up going in circles with the same questions and no real resolution. Not the worst experience since nothing broke, but the packaging definitely needs improvement...

"Poor aftercare"
The aftercare was literally really disappointing. Once the main service was done, it felt like they weren’t interested in helping anymore. I wouldn’t use them again.

I got my new glasses from cubitts they’ve been spot on from the start. The prescription feels exactly right, no awkward adjustment period, no headaches, just clear vision straight away. I’m really pleased with them and would definitely be comfortable ordering from cubitts again

"Nice frames, but support felt off"
I do like the frames, so that part was fine. But the customer service was slow in my case. I emailed about an issue with my order and waited several days to get a real response. When they finally replied, they were polite, but it felt like nobody had really read my message because the answer didn’t help much. I ended up having to follow up again, which was frustrating. For the price, I expected the support to be a lot quicker and more useful. Not the worst experience, but definitely a bit disappointing

"Really happy with my Cubitts glasses"
Well... I got my glasses from Cubitts and I’m genuinely really pleased with them. The frames look clean and a little different from the usual styles you see everywhere, but they’re not too flashy. The shape actually suits my face much better than I expected. It feels like they’ve properly thought about the design rather than just putting a logo on something. I’d definitely buy from them again

"Frustrating booking experience"
I tried booking an eye test on cubitts.com and found it annoying. I’ve booked eye appointments online before with other places and it’s usually straightforward, but this was a bit of a hassle. The site showed available slots, then when I selected one it suddenly said it wasn’t available. I had to start again a few times, and even then it didn’t seem to confirm properly. In the end, I just gave up, which isn’t ideal when you’re only trying to book a simple appointment

"I stopped in to get my frames…"
I stopped in to get my frames adjusted, and the staff was friendly enough. After wearing them for a day, though, they still feel a bit uneven. It’s not a huge issue, but it does feel like something that could’ve been prevented with a little more checking before I left

"Nice frames, but don’t order last-minute"
I ordered these online and was really happy with the frames once they arrived. They looked nice and the website was easy to use, so no complaints there. The only downside was the delivery took longer than I expected, and the tracking updates weren’t very clear. I’d probably order again because the product was good, but common sense says I wouldn’t use them if I needed frames in a hurry.

"Hinges Got Loose Over Time"
At first it seemed fine, but after using it for a while the hinges eventually started getting loose. I tried reaching out to get a clear answer on what to do, but the responses were all over the place, which made it more frustrating than it needed to be.

I’d been putting off getting my eyes checked because I kept telling myself I was too busy, but the whole eye test was actually really quick and relaxed. No stress at all, and I was in and out before I knew it

"The staff were lovely and super helpful when…"
The staff were lovely and super helpful when I was trying to pick out frames. I’m terrible at deciding on things like that, especially under those bright shop lights, but they were patient and gave me honest opinions without being pushy. I ended up leaving with a pair I actually felt good about.

"Helpful staff and nice service"
I went in not really sure what kind of frames would look good on me, but staff were super patient and helpful. They didn’t make me feel rushed at all and gave really honest advice, which I appreciated. Only reason I’d give 4 stars is because shop was a bit busy, so I had to wait around little at the start. But overall, good experience and I’d definitely come back.
